I wanna give a HUGE shoutout to a young lady named SADE! She was very HELPFUL, informatively, and EXTREMELY attentive to my needs as a first time donor! Her customer service skills were OUTSTANDING!

1st time I went in the computer "glitched" and I was kicked out i think it was an accidental user input or something. 2nd time I came in passed everything and failed an "arm test" for an old scar...

The employees here are blatantly racist and discriminatory in their practices. I was quite literally told that I could not donate because I was wearing a skirt and there were "men in the center."...

I think because they're short staffed that they're rushing. The worst experience I have ever had and will never go back. The staff on the floor that I was getting hot and dizzy and up fainting...

When I went in everything seemed great, until it was time had the donation. The lady had poked me wrong and have about 3 different people moving the needle which made it a very uncomfortable...
