Excellent Cryo session. Had me freeze my cheeks off but felt amazingly pain free after my half marathon. Will absolutely be going again after an extreme workout of some sort.

Cryotherapy is completely addicting and salt therapy has really helped my allergies. The Plano location is so convenient. Christa and Emma are amazing!
