Great place yo work out. Their membership scale is a bit expensive. They charge ypu for the classes. Other places just charge you a fee and the classes are included but not here. Other then that...

There is a variety of classes offered all day for different fitness levels and the equipment is clean and orderly. Nothing to think about just get in and get out feeling better about your self...
