I love the cookies but everytime I order they never come out on time which mean I have to come back to pick up later and the customer isn't the best sometime the worker give attitude

horrible service, everything is so dirty, very un organized employees.. waited over 25 min. to pick up ONLINE ORDER once it was my turn they tell me they ran out of frosting so i have to wait...

service was so bad it doesnt matter what the cookies taste like. Poor customer service. Lost our order twice and did not make it right.
