The staff is always friendly and patient. This is my second time using them for DOT physical. You do not have to have an appointment for your physical. Walk ins are welcome.

Called in prior to my visit to ask if they accept walk ins. Which was yes, arrived at 1:45pm and the guy told me and I quote "I don't have time for that, that's going to take an hour" i was taken...

This is the place for dot, no further explanation needed!!! $70 as of 2016.cash or cc, including amex. Big rig parking in rear.5 minutes if no wait.
