We started in our garage at the end of 2012 with our goal of opening a facility in the downtown are in 2013. In June of 2013 we opened our downtown facility and have been thriving since.

We specialize in helping people reach their fitness goals by using constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity. We are a CrossFit gym.

I love this place. The trainer and staff are all amazing. Everyone that attends the classes are really nice and they all motivate one another. The workouts are great.l and very organized and clean.
