I truly enjoyed being a member at this box for the last three years. The members and coaches are very supportive and friendly: HOWEVER....the judgmental and narrow minded attitude and behavior...

I love this gym. Coaches, staff, and members are so friendly and supportive of everyone. Whatever your fitness goal is you can accomplish it here. Workouts can be scaled and there are zero egos....
