HistoryI have a degree in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University. Before starting up SuperSlow Zone, I taught Biology at a Bryan High School and coached football. Although I enjoyed coaching, the older kids in the High School were not for me. After that year, I got a great job at a local Johnson Elementary School and taught Physical Education to K through Fifth graders. After five years of Elementary School (while not looking for something else) I literally stumbled into SuperSlow. My wife read the Newsweek article on SS back in January 2001. With my kinesiology background, it seemed like a great concept. It just so happened that the SS conference was in College Station in March that year during my Spring Break. I've been happily serving clients since then. I have been a personal trainer at SuperSlow Zone here in College Station, TX for 14 years now and loving every moment!
