History

We began our adventure all the way back in Virginia in 2017 and after a couple of bumps on the road we were able to begin again here in Spring Texas in January 14th, 2021. With our particular flavor we are still trying to grow and improve everyday honoring our roots and our memory of the street food back home in the city of Maracaibo, Venezuela.

Out of the four Venezuelan food trucks at this location, this is the best! Our Empanadas and Pastels were wonderful, and the tequenos were absolutely fabulous!

The Venezuelan food truck is well represented at the Gosling Food Park, and Criollo is the newest entry. They are also the early risers, open at 10am. We've had a couple of items from there....
