CREW Learning

History

Jennifer Billingslea and Hilary Lamb met as special education teachers at a local elementary school. We quickly realized we had the same level of passion for our students, enjoyed teamwork and collaboration, and delivering multi-sensory, engaging lessons. We have a passion for working with students and we believe each child has the ability to meet their potential. We wanted to create a place for students and family members to feel accepted, appreciated, and empowered. Our students look forward to their tutoring sessions because we serve the whole child and appreciate them as individuals. We believe that in order to achieve a high level of academic success we must first build meaningful bond between teacher and student.

Specialties

CREW Learning offers private tutoring, social skills groups, and educational consultations. During COVID-19 we offer virtual sessions through Zoom and Google Meets. Typically, we meet with students at various locations in Plano, Allen, and Wylie. We provide private tutoring, homeschool social skills groups, and 504/IEP educational consultations. In addition to private tutoring and social skills groups, we conduct handwriting evaluations and handwriting tutoring, kindergarten readiness tutoring, educational consultations, and teacher workshops.
