Brisket was rough The chicken was nice and tender Beans were cold Bbq was cold Potato salad was excellent Yea tasted like dirt water I left very dissatisfied

I LOVE Cowboys. A local mom pop stop in Salado. Their bbq is amazing. Their sides are delicious, and their cobbler is melt in your mouth yummy. So very much recommend.

The staff was nice and friendly, but the compliments stop here. Brisket ... tastes more like crockpot made, not smoked. No bark, no color. Moist was not moist. Tasted more like pot roast......
