An average hotel, with decent rooms and great location on the Riverwalk. Customer service at the front desk left a lot to be desired. Not very friendly and threw out the term "our policy states"...

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean and comfy until you get in bed. The bed it very firm. If you like that this is the place for you. Not my personal preference
