Thursday at 3pm, the whole mall is open and it says it's supposed to be open, but the store is dark. No sign explaining why.

Cashier attitude- I wanted to try on some pants in the fitting room at about 8pm (the store closes at 9) , & the only worker there named KIERRA says I can't try on clothes bcuz the "fitting rooms...

No one greeted or asked if we needed help. Very focused on other things with AirPods in. Store was clean but 4 workers and not one word to any of us shopping! Really disappointing!!!!

lady is rude. my girlfriend and i came in today and she was very homophobic, to say the least. the store was also dirty and unorganized. The lady working also called me a c*nt under her breath....
