Perfect place for our 2 year old to visit. He enjoyed all the trains. The gentleman that was at the place was very knowledgeable about the history and about the memorabilia of trains and photos....

Open three days a week doesn't work for a Wed visit. They are only open "Thur, Fri, Sat and closed Mon, Tue, Wed." We won't try to go back.

Great little railroad museum located in the baggage section of the restored Cotton Belt depot in downtown Tyler, has operating model trains, lots of old pictures of Tyler and the Cotton Belt...

The person inside was very knowledgeable and nice. I loved talking trains with him. The train collection was amazing.
