Quality of services. Shouldn't go in with one color and leave with same color what a rip of. This happened on Fairmont and no one did anything about it. Would not recommend

A lot of these negative reviews carry over from tgi days. Cost cutters is great. Mom is in a wheelchair and they ensured she didn't have to transfer. So polite and caring. Hair looked great.
