A hidden gem, the classes do a wonderful job at aligning the body. They are welcoming to both men and women since both need to stretch out occasionally.

It's great that they offer a free week to try out different classes.... and if you want to do a yoga class mat-to-mat with your neighbors. Unfortunately, that is not how I like to enjoy my yoga so...
