When you're on the highway, you have to hope your fellow yelpers were honest. I've never been to Seymour, Texas, but I'm about to eat there. Copeland's Cafe had good reviews, so here we are....

While storm chasing in Texas and before the storms fired up, it was lunchtime we came across this charming little place, Copeland Cafe. What was cool was opening the door and seeing the place...

Great food! I had fried fish, onion Rings and steamed broccoli along with hush puppies of course. Hubby had the sweet and spicy burger and fries!

Very nice place in the Texas Panhandle with a catfish buffet and good menu. I enjoyed it and you may also.
