I have 2 ceiling fans that I need installed (really high ceiling and short ladder). i'd thought of hiring an electrician but couldn't get any references so was at an impass for the installation....

Great service and staff! Chad was out several times working with me to determine the cause of my fan not working. Ended up being a warranty issue and unit was replaced by the manufacturer....

I called three times for service and/or replacement of a ceiling fan within 48 hours. My call was NEVER returned. Don't think Cool Breezes is interested in my business. Will look someplace else....
