History

In mid 2016, Cookery started as a food delivery business - chef prepared, ready to eat artisan cuisine delivered to our customers. We wanted our customers to enjoy hand crafted and home cooked food with their family and friends without doing any of the hard work. We sourced fresh, healthy ingredients locally and responsibly from local family farms. Our local chefs, from within the community, created a new menu daily and we then delivered this delicious food directly to our customers. We learnt a lot from the execution of our initial pilot and started thinking about how we can improve our service for our customers. In 2021, we relaunched Cookery in its current form. Now, our customers can hire the best chefs in their cities for catering, meal planning, cooking classes, or private parties.
