They suddenly refused to refill my prescriptions because they wrongly thought that I had not had blood work done in a year. Only gave me 2 weeks notice before my blood pressure medicine ran out....

Dr. Nguyen and her staff makes me feel heard; she isn't dismissive of my symptoms and is great at explaining conditions/illnesses pertaining to me. Very empathetic and real with you!

Why do you give me a 10am appointment when is 10:40 and I'm still waiting in the room I check my vitals at 10 and been in the room for 40 min !! Waiting I don't know for how much longer !
