What's the point in making an appointment if you're out in the waiting area an hour past your appointment time? I have gone to two community care clinics and they have been such a disappointment....

I was quite happy with my first OBGYN appointment at CommunityCare East Austin. I wasn't sure how it was going to go because it seemed like getting them on the phone and making the appointment...

If you call here you need to start the conversation by telling them not to transfer you! If I call them I know that I'm going to be bounced around, hung up on and once, somehow, they transferred...
