Community Options

Incorporated in 1989, Community Options is a nonprofit organization that provides residential, employment and recreational opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities. It provides advocacy assistance, housing and support services. The organization also offers volunteer, educational and community solutions. Community Options is approved by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. The organization sponsors various fundraising events. Headquartered in Princeton, N.J., it maintains human resources, administration and information technology departments. The organization additionally offers case management, nursing and respite care services and dental, occupational, speech and physical therapies. With one of its locations in San Antonio, Community Options also serves individuals in Connecticut, New Mexico, New York and Kentucky.
