Founded in 1954, All Saints Episcopal School is a private, independent, co-educational institution. The school enrolls more than 400 students and offers classes from grades kindergarten through eight. Its curriculum includes math, English, physics, science, social studies, Spanish and religion. All Saints Episcopal School also offers classes in fine arts, music and physical education. The school also offers activities, such as drama, choir, band, math club, National Honor Society and student council. It also organizes field trips and excursions. All Saints offers sports, such as, basketball, softball, golf, track and tennis. The school is accredited with the Southwest Association of Episcopal Schools, National Association of Episcopal Schools, Texas Private School Accreditation Commission and the National Association of Independent Schools. Ridgewood Christian School is a nonprofit academic institution that enrolls students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12. The school offers educational classes in language arts, math, science, social studies, technology, reading, writing, basic skills, business, and health and physical education. It has a home school support group that conducts regular meetings. In addition, the school provides placement assistance services for various higher institutions. HISTORY: First Methodist School was founded in 1960 as an extension of First United Methodist Church's mission and community outreach.
