Commerce Cafe in Lockhart, Texas is a simple, proper, and welcoming establishment that prides itself on providing delicious food, a comfortable space, and great cocktails to both locals and visitors. Co-owned by chefs Sarah Heard and Nathan Lemley, the cafe sources the highest quality meat and produce grown and raised as close to the area as possible.
Originally from Katy, Nathan and Lockhart native Sarah met while working at Austin's Parkside in 2013. After purchasing Foreign Domestic in 2017 and earning accolades such as Best Neighborhood Restaurant and Best Austin Chef, they opened Commerce Cafe in downtown Lockhart in 2020, showcasing their culinary expertise and commitment to the community.
