Everything was fine except the mattresses were so old and worn they both had a substantial visible dip in the center of the beds. I could not believe what I was seeing when I walked into the room....

This was not a good hotel experience. We called ahead to make sure they had a room that could sleep 5 people with two beds and sleep sofa. The lady on the phone told me they did. After checking in...
