Why would I contact Henry when he's the reason nothing gets done and he acts out publicly to residents who do! He's why 10% of the residents have moved out in past 6 months

i am unhappy from the sales pitch to the living conditions. I was assured on multiple occasions that this community met the requirements of the VA Pension with Aid and Attendance. That is FALSE....
