Coalition Texans With Disabilities (CTD) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating for the rights and full community participation of individuals with disabilities. As the largest and oldest member-driven cross-disability organization in Texas, CTD focuses on governmental advocacy, public awareness, and professional disability consulting.

Through its Capitol Care CDS program, CTD empowers Medicaid STAR PLUS and STAR Kids recipients to hire and manage their attendant service providers, ensuring that individuals with disabilities can live independently and access the support they need. CTD actively engages the community through events, educational opportunities, and advocacy initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life for Texans with disabilities.
