History

After years of helping his clients through injuries, compensations, and other problems while stressing the importance of recovery, Sean decided to take a more hands-on approach. For over 15 years, Sean Ahmadi has worked with athletes of all abilities to reach their goals through a holistic approach to fitness. All individuals -- whether they're pro athletes, adaptive athletes, weekend warriors, or busy professionals that want to stay fit -- thrive using his strength/functional and endurance training as a foundation.

Specialties

Proper fitness isn't just about strength, and it's not just about nutrition. Total wellness comes from a holistic approach that breaks away from traditional training, and Sean Ahmadi puts this philosophy into practice. After studying kinesiology at UT, he began developing strength routines to specifically work on the sports he was competing and coaching in (triathlons, road and mountain bike races), and not just general strength, which was the norm at the time. Since the late '90s, he's been sharing his dedication to functional training with cyclists and clients of all types, coaching them in customized sessions, developing personalized success plans, and helping them shatter their goals. If you're a pro athlete, a weekend warrior, or simply a busy professional who wants to feel stronger and move with ease, sign up and experience the difference a holistic approach can make.
