Our Telfair primary care providers see patients aged 16 through geriatric and offer comprehensive general care, treating common illnesses and chronic conditions such as colds, headaches, diabetes, and high blood pressure. We also offer preventive services, including weight loss management, vaccinations, and annual physical exams. Our Telfair clinic is located on US-90 Alt, west of the intersection of Hwy. 6 and Hwy. 90 Alt., on the south side of the street (in the same parking lot as Starbucks and Dairy Queen). We share building space with Lemke Orthodontics.
