Very pleasant staff! Efficient procedure here. Even when waiting room is full, it is not a long wait at all. Nearly painless needles everything I've been there.

The location I visit is 401 N Hancock Ave. The office is clean and the waiting room spacious. The staff is friendly and I rarely need to wait more than 30 minutes. I have complex blood work drawn...

Staff is rude and doesn't give the results in a timely manner to the Dr. I hope to find a better place to get my bloodwork done!
