A Coffee and Beer Ruckus. Civil Pour focuses on the best coffee and best beer we can find, and preparing them in unconventional methods. Our beer program features 25 constantly rotating, hand-curated beers and ciders, plus 5 non-alcoholic draft options. We can also put any of these options into a 16oz to-go can (crowler) or growler using our oxygen-free filling system from Austria. Our coffee program starts with 7-times filtered water. We always use the Specialty Coffee Association's (SCA) recommended bean-to-water ratios, and pull all our espressos within the recommended time frames. We're a multi-roaster concept, where we try out modern coffee roasters, and hand-select our favorites to feature. We always have 3-5 rotating coffees on our PourSteady system (coffee brewed by the cup). In addition, we've got some of the best panini sandwiches anywhere in a city, and a curated homemade pastry selection. Come by and see us!
