Double espresso came out flat. No crema and lukewarm. Good taste, but was lackluster for $4. I also wasn't served or offered sparking water as the menu said. Hibiscus tea was good. Nice patio.

Coffee and breakfast spot close to UT. Staff were very friendly, recommended the breakfast croissant , it was Delicious! Plenty of people work from the cafe, it's a quiet and pleasant place for sure.
