A terrible bank! Closed our account without notification, after banking there 15 year. Still waiting for our money!!!

I received a letter stating that they are closing my account because I used it to convenience me and not have a relationship with them... like what does that mean? I wonder if they are going out...

My employer has been a customer of CNB for many years. On June 23 when I went to the drive-thru of their Red Oak branch to make a deposit, I saw the sign pictured here posted on the teller window...
