We live Chuy's - consistently great food and service, plus clean, fun restaurants! Glad that the green chile rice is back and LOVE the new creamy green chile sauce!

It doesn't hold a candle to the Chuy's in Van Horn, Texas. We stopped by just to see how it campared to the Van Horn Chuy's.
