Will not go back to this location. Watched manager take a wrong order that the customer had touched and unbox it and put it back into the ready pile. He put chicken back on to already cooked....

If any place deserves zero Stars this would be the place. I have loved Churches Chicken for over 40 years. This has to be the worst location I've ever been to. In the drive thru and the smell...

Very extremely rude employees. I understand that menus change in fast food place but they do make the drive thru menu small lettering and a bit far away so you literally have to get out of the car...
