We handle all forms of probate - with a will and without a will (Intestate). We also handle traditional probate alternatives such as Muniment of Title and Small Estate Affidavits. While we do not handle contested matters, we prepare Family Settlement Agreements. Other practice areas include Agreed Family Matters and Collaborative Law Family Matters. We handle a wide array business matters all are transactional (no litigation).
