Chispas

Chef Jason Dady’s “Chispas” seeks to bring a spark to downtown Austin where customers can fiesta until they siesta with Tex-Mex signature dishes, complimentary chips and salsa fresca and heavy-handed margaritas. The Chispas bar program elevates customary expectations with specialty margaritas, an extensive wine list and 20 taps filled with draft beer, wine and select cocktails. In addition to classic Hand-Shaken Margs, the signature Chispas resemble classic margaritas but with a little “spark" -- choose from the House Chispa or one of eight Chispa Primas, including your choice of top shelf tequilas. Hand-Crafted Cocktails include a twist on classic preparations, such as Deep Eddy Limonada con Paleta and 1942 Tequila Old Fashioned. The Wine List features over 20 selections. Restaurant space offers indoor seating, dog-friendly outdoor patio seating, bar stools and the “Jarritos Party Room.”
