Their success led Suzanna to obtain her Brokers license and subsequently to open the Brokerage firm Chiriboga Real Estate in January 2014. She earned a certification in Home Marketing which she uses to stage her clients properties for sale and received the prestigious designation of Accredited Buyers Representation (ABR).
