I used a coupon for a free double protein bowl through the app, but I was still charged full price. Really disappointing! Chipotle needs to fix their app so customers aren't misled by promotions...

Came in, and the girl was rushing us from the start. I asked for a quesadilla, and she said it was only available online, so she can make it, but I just can't order it in person? Makes no sense....
