SpecialtiesA Little Family Service provides services to individuals with intellectual disabilities who are in the Home and Community-based Service (HCS) program. The HCS program is a Medicaid waiver program through the Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS). A Little Family Service reimburses Foster Care Providers more than 100% of the Direct Care rate! We give 100% of the Direct Care rate, and an additional 20% of the Indirect Care rate.
