I absolutely love Carlos! He was working at the register and twice now, has helped me redeem my points w the app. Super friendly and patient as he walked me through it. Highly recommend.

Food is great most of the time but the place is just too crowded in the parking is horrible and the food has gotten too expensive

The last three weeks, I've gotten a spicy chicken biscuit for breakfast around 7am sharp every day except Sunday of course. The biscuits have not been crispy and today looked like this.

Drove thru around 3pm, paid around $10 for 8 nugget meal. They were hard and dry, tasted like they'd been sitting in the warmer since noon. On the bright side, my dog loved them!
