The Broker Owner was originally licensed in 1986. She has experience not only at a Realtor, but has worked in new home sales, mortgage and insurance property adjusting. She left a national franchise to begin her own Brokerage company, House San Antonio Real Estate. HSA's team boasts of over 30 years of real estate experience and is currently accepting motivated agents!

Just named to be 2019 Member at Large on the Board of Directors. Just named to the Professional Committee of NAR Member at Large. Just appointed as a GRI Instructor for Texas Realtors association. 2017's Broker of the Year. Cher currently serves as a Director on the San Antonio Board of Directors. Recently named to the Board of Directors as Program Director for TRETA (Texas Real Estate Teachers Assn). She is a real estate instructor at her local Board. Cher obtained her BAAS from Texas State University Summa Cum Laude. She made the first grade of 100 ever accomplished at Texas State per her professor on her thesis
