Worst complex on communication, nobody in the office is on the same page, everybody is always lost but wants to go by "contract" until it's a mess up on their end. I had a 12 month contract...

Completely useless staff. They are oblivious. Asked them to call me when the apartment was filled after I moved out and not one call. Complete crap for the price.
