Great bank and customer service! I would never go back to any other bank in Amarillo again. They are intentional in their dealings with people and are very kind.

Unfriendly and unprofessional. I have witnessed so many time now that people were not helped or just told to use the app. Why do we need the branch than? We can do everything on the phone or the app.
