Nothing bad about this location, but Chase bank as a whole has left customer service behind them. Chase has consistently ( on a bi-weekly basis) locked my ATM card for trying to make a $5.40...

It is utterly impossible to get someone to answer the phone. Just need a printout of my account with a teller signature and I don't have time to wait hours when this can be done and waiting on me...

I like Chase but this branch is just not well run. It is extremely busy always, there is always a long line for a teller which most people need. They insist on trying to make people use the kiosk...
