I went into this location, which was until today my local branch. I asked to see the gentleman who helped me last time by name (one of the bankers seated at the desks). I sat and waited. Nothing....

Typical poorly staffed poorly mannered chase employees - this is why i have pulled 95% of my relationship from the bank. If you dont look a certain way your dismissed - by the way ive been private...

This location had the most helpful and nicest bank people I've worked with! Very clean space and it took me just a few minutes to get what I needed.
