They do not answer calls at all.. only way to ask a simple question is to drive your self there waste time asking a question that could have took a couple second to answer.. yes or no..

They gave me COUNTERFEIT money. Which shows they don't check the authenticity of the bills.
Not only do they not answer the phones, but they send it to voicemail. I understand business picks up certain times during the day but sending a CUSTOMER to voicemail multiple times is unacceptable.

Firstly, this location is attached to a Starbucks.. setup for a traffic disaster.. which it always is... the first lane and normally the longest line is the drive Thru for Starbucks not Chase....
