this location is always packed. they have 2 atm's and only 1 works. for being such a big bank its surprising that they dont fix their atms, instead theyd rather have a line of 10 cars on one ATM.

For some reason they only have one or two people at the window and they are slow I mean slow and the rest of the people working there are just walking around doing nothing.

The customer service in this location is the very worst. Have waited 52 minutes still not seen personal banker One came out since bank has closed asking what we all need while cleaning up trash so...
