The banker at this location name "Jesica" is completely rude. Just the snatching of the paper slip, ridiculous. No need for the attitude for a simple ass question. Smh

Terrible customer service. Bankers aren't quick to help. There is one that won't help at all, he just roams the bank. The wait time is ridiculous. Go to another branch.

The branch here has horrible wait time for help with a banker. Have people in front of me waiting over an hour. someone should have at least told us it will be a while wait instead of just waiting...
