Terrible customer service. Booked an appt the day before by walking in and on the day of the appointment no one could find the appt or accommodate assistance.

This is the best Chase bank branch I've ever been to. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help you. I love walking in here

Really friendly lobby staff and tellers. Greeted and helped me as soon as they could. I wish there was a way that bank tellers could help those looking to do something other than money...
